Ring Clock: A Watch on a Ring

The idea of getting rid of his pocket watch for a wrist watch would have flabbergasted great grandpa even more than it will amaze you if you are told to wear a ring watch that doesn’t have conventional dial or hands instead of your wrist watch.

This unique and somewhat chunky ring is made up of three surgical steel rings, each for hours, minutes, and seconds. The rings have a choice of blue or orange LED lights that light up on a twisting action to show you the time of the day.  To keep the battery usage to a minimum the LED lights only light up when you twist the outer ring to display time.

One two-hour charge will enable you use the watch for about a week, depending on how often you check time. The battery life is three years and replacement will cost you around $55 while the ring itself will cost you around $195. A Qi wireless charger is included where you can set the time too. It is said to be water-resistant, but it’s advisable to take it off while washing hands.  Via: Indiegogo
