A new fire alarm system that uses a set of 5 sensors working together to detect and warn you through visual and audio appliances that can differentiate between smoldering fire, fast burning fire, carbon monoxide or other fire related emergencies.
The Notafire can connect to your smart home systems and will send notifications to your smartphone or tablet with a picture from its integrated camera to identify the location and possibly the source of smoke or fire. This is smart home system, still in the development process, that would be capable of creating a series of actions in the event of an alarm such as turning on all lights, exhaust fans, and open motorized skylights. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.
The device is very small measuring just 4.3 inches (110 mm) in diameter that is almost invisible if you paint it to the color of your ceiling for aesthetic reasons. It protrudes less than a quarter of an inch (6 mm) from the ceiling and is barely noticeable.
It will be available in both, battery operated and hard-wire connected.
