Families of Missing BC Couple Thinks Drone Photo Shows Couple’s Location

A picture taken by a drone may provide clues to the whereabouts of a woman and her boyfriend who have been missing since November after their plane disappeared.
Ashley Bourgeault and her partner, Dominic Neron, were together as Neron piloted their plane near Revelstoke, British Columbia.
Bourgeault’s family recently obtained a drone picture that seems to show “HERE” or “HELP” spelled out in the terrain. The woman’s cousin stated that the family is hopeful that this photograph can help them bring Ashley home.
The image also suggests that there is a propeller in view, though it is difficult to make out due to shadows.
Both the Nerons and the Bourgeaults are hopeful that this photograph can help rescue efforts.
The cousin stated that both families need closure to know what happened to the couple, and indicated that Ashley was a mother of three children who want to know what happened to their mother.
The RCMP received the photo and are looking into it.
Officers search the area whenever they can use their helicopter, so they have not given up on finding the couple. While the area in the photograph has been searched in the past, this photograph my provide new reasons to look. Drones are often used in rescue missions, so let’s hope that this drone photograph helps bring closure to Ashley’s and Dominic’s families.
