After a rather embarrassing incident last month regarding a UK tech shop spoiling their big reveal, the company DJI finally unveils their newest drone.
Their newest drone, the Mavic 2, has been highly anticipated ever since the release of its predecessor over two years ago. Now, with all the hype built up, the question remains: can the Mavic 2 live up to all the excitement?

Both the Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom boast powerful cameras which can easily record 4k videos. They also have foldable frames to increase its portability. Those familiar with the original Mavic can recognize similar features in the physical design of the drone.
The main difference between the two exist in their specific cameras.
The Mavic 2 Pro is special, in that it comes with an incredibly unique Hasselblad camera. It is a superior 20 megapixel camera with a lot of history for being in extreme conditions – while still getting the shot needed. I mean, we can talk all day about the high quality both these drones showcase. But an entire article cannot summarize the true extent of their abilities. Both drones offer an entirely new world of aerial footage. With high quality cameras, as well as powerful – and smart – drones to carry them, you can go to great heights for your footage.
The main problem, as with anything in life, is price. There is always a direct correlation between price and quality. With DJI’s newest creations, they know they nailed the quality, and are now charging accordingly. If you can spend over a thousand dollars on a drone, then you are getting a very advanced model which can last a long period of time. Yes, it may take some time for everyone else to catch up to the DJI Mavic 2, so if you want an investment for your future drone needs, you are in the right place.
